Die unscheinbare Sandsteinfassade lässt den Betrachter kaum erahnen, dass sich im Inneren ein gewaltiges Atrium befindet.
Im Zentrum des Atriums ist in einer herzförmigen Skulptur ein Konferenzsaal untergebracht.
Gehry konnte an diesem Gebäude besonders seine Vorliebe zu organischen Formen ausleben.
Die Architektur strahlt durch die Verwendung von Holz, Glas und Stahl ein klares Design aus.
Auf einer Nutzfläche von insgesamt 13.500 m² sind 40 Einheiten mit 2.200 m² Wohnfläche enstanden.
Durch die Nähe zum Brandenburger Tor, der amerikanischen Botschaft und des Hotels Adlon wurde das Gebäude in einer der besten Lagen Berlins errichtet.
