Beware of external phonecalls

Beware of external phone calls!
I have 2 friends who withheld their phone number. Yesterday I got a call from one of them. But she answered immediately with her name. After the call ended, a new external call came in. I thought my friend forgot to tell me something and picked up the receiver. I never use my name, just say hello. The caller asked: am I speaking to Mrs. N? I answered. Who is it? Answer: I wanted to talk to you about nutrition, it's just 3 questions. I said no thanks and hung up. Only recently I read that older people are specifically called and involved in a conversation. Questions are asked and the answer is yes or no. The conversation is recorded and the yes answers are cut out. Then it is ( assembled, rearranged?) copied in front of : For example: Would you like 4 cases of the special red wine? And your voice says yes. Then you get a package and have to pay a lot of money for it. If you complain or hire a lawyer, the recording of the conversation will be played and you will have to pay.
