How do you get on with these high temperatures? Leaving the blinds down at daytime?
Getting up at four a`clock at night to let colder and fresh air into the rrooms?
Going to the supermarket earla in the morning? Buy freh fruit and vegetable, bread, butter, yogurt and things you can eat without using the herth? Take a shower with cold water?
Do you have other advices to get over the high temperatures?
